Return & Refund Policy – Roop Lite

At Roop Lite, we are committed to delivering genuine beauty, skincare, haircare, and personal care products in excellent condition.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetic, and personal care products, we do not accept returns of any products once an order has been delivered.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong product different from what you ordered

You must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Product Photos

  • Package Photos

  • Description of the issue

After verification, Roop Lite may provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Product disliked after use

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

  • Allergic reactions or individual product suitability issues

  • Opened, used, or damaged products by the customer

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
